JAMES MAINA WANJIGI EGH, M.Sc, MA - CHAIRMAN
Mr. Wanjigi who is a Fullbright Scholar, has been a Board member since 1970. He has held very senior cabinet positions in Government and has been a member of International organizations.
R A SHEPHERD
Mr. Shepherd joined the group as Managing Director of Carbacid in 1967 and held to the post till 2001. He has continued as a non -executive Director since then.
B C PATEL
Mr. Patel joined the Board in 2002. He is a significant shareholder in the Company and has extensive business interests in Kenya.
M K R SHAH
Mr. Shah joined the board in 2002. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Kenya; the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certifie Accountants of the UK.

S K BHADURI - GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Bhaduri- M.Sc, M.Phil with 28 years experience in Process Industries; joined Carbacid in 2003. He is member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIchE) and International Society of Beverage Technology (ISBT).
S MANJI - FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Miss. Manji - BA, Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA) with 17 years of experience at various level; joined Carbacid in 2004
S MAIGACHO -MINE ADMINISTRATOR
Mr. Maigacho - Dip. in Business Administration with 23 years of experience at various level; joined Carbacid in 2004.
Mr. Awori - B.Com; joined Carbacid in 2004.
C GITAU - SALES & MARKETING
Mr. Gitau - Dip. in Mech. Eng, ACBM ; with 15 years of experience in maintenance, safety management and sales & marketing joined Carbacid in 2009.
